At Commvia AI, we strive to provide an excellent experience with our AI receptionist service. Because our service is digital, automated, and customized to each beauty studio or service business, the following refund policy applies:

 
Subscription Payments
All subscription payments (monthly or recurring) are non-refundable once processed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will maintain access to the service until the end of your billing cycle.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

 
Setup Fees
If a setup or onboarding fee is paid (for higher-tier or white-label clients), it is non-refundable, as it covers time and customization already completed.

 
Exceptions
A refund may be considered only if:

You were charged after cancellation due to a billing error
You experienced a technical issue that prevented the service from functioning entirely, and you contacted support but no resolution was possible
These cases are reviewed individually.

 
Trials
If a free trial is provided, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
You may cancel before your trial expires to avoid billing.
